Standing at the women's perfume counter of the department store that day, I realized something. I must have been the stupidest person alive for agreeing to go and pick out perfume for my wife. My kids had gotten lucky and got to pick out jewelry and kitchen appliances for her birthday that year - easy. My wife has a particular taste that I can never seem to put a finger on. Whether it be perfume, clothes, or towels for the bathroom, I always found a way to screw it up.

I thought to myself "If this smells as good as it looks, I've hit the jackpot." I summoned over the sales girl and asked to smell a sample of the perfume. It was stunning to say the least. A little citrus and sandlewood - a very sexy fragrance. This Curve perfume had to be the way to go, an absolute home-run. I had the girl wrap it up and I took my treasure home to deliver to the wife.

Needless to say, she loved it. Curve is now her favorite scent. It's also now my favorite because when she wears it she knows it drives me wild... that never leads to anything bad. Liz Claiborne's Curve is the best mistake I never made all because I liked the way the bottle looked.
